Stallholder supplied cooking equipment is permitted subject to final approval by market organisers.

(eg. flame grill, hot plate, deep fryer, etc.)

POWER & WATER

The market site does not have power or water available for stallholder use. Stallholder supplied power is permitted subject to final approval by market organisers.

Stallholders must ONLY use silent generators as per the market terms and conditions.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE (PLI)

All food vendors must have their own minimum $20m PLI. Please provide the details and upload a digital copy of your Certificate of Currency below.
