CHECKLIST

Before you begin your application please ensure you have completed the following checklist:

Ensure you have read the Trade Space Regulations, available here: https://www.orangeshowsociety.org.au/trade-exhibitors
Read this form from beginning to end
Have a digital copy of your current minimum $20m Public Liability Insurance certificate (if applicable)

If you are a new trader or didn't trade at last year's show:

Have at least 1 digital image of your stall setup (2 max)
Have at least 1 digital image of your products (4 max)

Any applications that are submitted without the above documentation WILL NOT be considered.

SITE REQUIREMENTS

POWER

A very limited number of powered sites are available. If you require a powered site, please indicate below (this does not guarantee a powered site is able to be allocated). If power is approved there will be an additional $50 flat fee.

POWER OUTLETS MUST BE BOOKED ON THIS FORM. Outlets will only be made available if pre-arranged.

ALSO NOTE:

You must provide your own extension leads to plug into each power outlet.
Power outlets may be quite a distance away so please bring several leads.

I agree that ALL electrical equipment brought onsite including extension leads and power boards must be Tested & Tagged with the validity period covering the show dates.

OWN GENERATOR

You are permitted to provide your own generator however the following conditions apply:

Generators must be silenced and placed away from other vendors
You must ensure that your generator is not producing pollution that will impact on others

There are 2 complimentary entry passes included in your site fee.

If more entry passes are needed they must be purchased directly via 123Tix when they become available.

CAMPING

Camping onsite is available at $10 per person per night.

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE

All Trade Vendors require Public Liability Insurance to operate at the Orange Show. If you do not have your own Public Liability policy, for a $40 administration fee, you may be eligible for coverage under the Show Society's Public Liability policy if:

Your business does not have an ABN, and
Your business income is less than $20,000
