TERMS & CONDITIONS

I agree that I will only sell preloved, vintage, handmade and upcycled clothing, shoes, fashion accessories and jewellery.
All handmade and upcycled items must be made locally, by the seller themselves and not commercially produced.

I agree that my items will be laundered and free from stains/smells/damage.
Failure to do this will result in the removal of the item and not being able to be a stallholder at future events with us.

I understand & agree that My Walk in Wardrobe takes no responsibility for the security of any item, payment, or transaction before, during, or after an event.

I agree to pay my stall fee within 3 days of invoice to confirm my booking.
Failure to pay by the due date will result in an automatic cancellation.

I agree that my payment is non-refundable or transferable if I cancel, don't make it on the day of my booking. This includes payment for extras (eg Rack hire and VIP membership).
Transfers are only available if the market is postponed.
Refunds are only available if the market is cancelled.

If I hire a rack, I agree that if it is damaged or broken on the day, I agree to buy it outright for $120.
This includes, but is not limited to myself or someone else damaging/breaking it while in my possession.

I agree to follow all required Covid restrictions and guidelines as set by the New Zealand Government at the time of the event.
