We require a digital copy of your Certificate of Registration of Food Premises with your Principal council (where your food is made or equipment stored).

GAS COMPLIANCE
SITE REQUIREMENTS
It is a requirement that you trade on both days of the show - Saturday and Sunday.
The Trade Space Supervisor will be able to discuss this further after you submit your application.
STALL SIZE
All tent pegs, guy ropes, weights, and all vehicles and trailers including drawbar (where permitted), must be within your site dimensions.

GATE PASSES
Gate passes are SINGLE USE tickets valid for either Saturday or Sunday.
There are 4 gate passes included in your site fee at nil cost. You will be invoiced for any additional gate passes at a cost of $10 each.
POWER
Preference is for those Food Vendors who provide their own power.
PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
Details of your Public Liability Insurance Policy current for the 2024 Show dates must be uploaded for this application to be considered.
