Application to Trade - Market Stall

Welcome and thank you for your interest in becoming a stallholder at the
Canning Vale Sunday Market.

If successful, you will be sent an Approval email along with our Welcome Pack, which includes a site map and bump in//bump out details.

Please note, that completing this application does not always guarantee you a place at the market as we do like to ensure a good market mix. However where we can, of course we would love to welcome you!

Please note that applications are processed Monday - Friday and Saturday's up until 5.30pm.

IMPORTANT - Late Submissions (Saturday)

If you are submitting this application on the Saturday before your preferred trading date, we will do our best to assess and approve, however we would appreciate your understanding that sometimes this is not always possible.

Should you wish to book another date to participate at the Sunday Market, please email Ticketoffice@perthmarket.com.au who will assist.

YOUR ATTENDANCE

The Canning Vale Sunday Market is held every Sunday from 7am until 1pm. Please note there is no vehicle movement in the market area between 6.45am - 1.15pm.

  • Casual bookings are permitted, but we do not guarantee the same bay each week.
  • Permanent books are welcome. You are required to pay a week in advance to secure the same bay(s).

STALL SETUP

Stallholders must provide all their own equipment and supplies for each market. The standard size of a stall (bay) is 3m frontage x 6.5m depth.

There are limited powered bays available around the market. BYO silent generators may be approved.

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE (PLI)

Market stallholders must have their own PLI of at least $10M (with the exception of stalls selling hand-knitted garments which require $5M). Please provide the details and upload a digital copy of your Certificate of Currency below.

Should you not have your own market stall insurance, enquire about ours for an additional $5.00 per market.
