PLEASE READ FIRST
Entry into the Market is via a competitive process Stallholders must first submit this application and will be notified if it has been successful via email within 2-3 weeks of application.
Due to the markets success and large volume of applications a jury panel has been created and unfortunately not all applications will be accepted. Please note that as the Manager of the Market, we reserve the right not to enter into correspondence or otherwise explain the reasons for our decisions.
All items must be made by you, the artist, designer, crafter. No ordering items or on-selling of any kind. I prefer applicants have one area that is their strength and distinctive style, not a bit of this and that.
Only Approved Products are permitted to be displayed and sold. You may apply to sell arts and crafts, homewares, photography, furniture, fashion, food, jewellery, unique home wares, accessories, etc and other items approved by the Manager on a case by case basis. Only existing vendors that currently share may apply to share and all names must be on the application.
Our aim is to provide as much opportunity as possible to as many people as possible and to continue to provide Townsville with a quality market experience that remains fresh and dynamic. Vendors will be assessed against the criteria detailed below together with the Managers assessment of the Stallholder's overall contribution to the atmosphere and culture of the Market.
The Review Criteria are as follows:
Tables and chairs are not included in the hire fee.
Please complete the application form below, attach a copy of your insurance (if you have your own) and a minimum of 5 photos (including 1 of your complete set up) and include any relevant web links.
All tables must be covered by a cloth that reaches within 5cm of the floor. Visual merchandising is a vital component of increasing your sales and an essential aspect of the Renegade Handmade point of difference.
Payment must be made by the due date, before the market to confirm your site. Cancellations must be made 7 days before the market to receive a refund. There are no refunds of site fees carried over for cancellation inside of the 7 days before the event.
Please note, that while we do the best to accommodate site preference and locations, we work with what we have to accommodate all vendors and the overall success of the event for vendors and patrons.. If accepted, you will be offered whatever sites are available and suitable for the event and other vendors attending.
The Renegade Mega Market is a separate event with it's own application form. Do not use this form for the Mega Market.

Our 2024 events are currently scheduled for Queensland Country Bank Stadium, which is undercover but still exposed to weather events.
You are able to display your products in any fashion inside your designated space. This space must include room for your entry and exit, and for yourself.
Please note the prices quoted are for the April 2024 and July 2024 markets at QCBS. We anticipate 4000+ visitors to these larger events.
Other events will take roll call within the Stallholders group if accepted. You will have the option to attend. Smaller events will have lower fees.
Please select from the sizes below. We work with these sizes as they fit table configurations the best.

ACCEPTANCE
By accepting a site at Renegade Handmade you declare that you have made all the items and you will apply for any future additions to your range. Stick to your strengths and the products you have applied under. Do not replicate products of other makers within the market.
Stall spaces are rented on a market by market basis only. Further, the act of renting a stall does not create any form of tenancy or secure a right or licence to hold a stall at our markets in the future. This means that if you are successful in obtaining a stall space in your application, you are not guaranteed a stall space at all future markets but you may continue to attend month to month if management is able to provide a site for you.
You agree to read the market policies and procedures and understand that your tenancy at the market can be terminated at any time, without explanation if you are found to be in breach of these terms.
