STATEMENT OF TRADE

Temporary and mobile food premises are required to use FoodTrader to manage their food business registration and activities. Statements must be lodged with the Hepburn Shire Council via FoodTrader.

You must also supply us with a copy of your Statement of Trade with the dates or date range that you wish to trade at Creswick Market.

Public Liability Insurance (PLI)

Creswick Market is also able to provide insurance cover for an additional cost of $5 per market. This cover will be reviewed after 6 months attendance.
