SETUP
All stallholders must supply own gazebo, tables, etc and weights MUST be used at all times. Stall size is 3m x 3m.

VEHICLE / TRAILER
Stall sites are generally 3m x 3m and most sites have no space for a vehicle. if you require a vehicle at your stall it may affect your attendance.

Powered sites are not available to non-food stalls.
PLASTIC BAG POLICY
Single-Use plastic/plastic bags are not allowed. Where possible, the use of recyclable, biodegradable, or environmentally-friendly products and packaging only is to be used.
PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE (PLI)
All stallholders should have their own minimum $20m PLI. If you do, please provide the details and upload a digital copy of your Certificate of Currency below.
