YOUR AGREEMENT

I have read and agree to the Grafton Jacaranda Festival Terms and Conditions.

I understand that my stall fees must be paid in advance to confirm my stall booking. I am aware that I will receive instructions via email and that payment must be finalised within 14 days of receiving the link to pay.

I am aware that the Grafton Jacaranda Festival Inc. may engage professional photographers and/or videographers to capture event and stallholder imagery and footage. Should my application be successful, I grant permission for the Grafton Jacaranda Festival Inc. to use any image/footage of me, my staff and/or my stall for the purpose of promoting future Grafton Jacaranda Festivals.

ACCESS TO POWER

Please note that you must agree to the following even if you do not intend to use power.

I understand that I am required to have all electrical appliances including cables and plug boards tested and tagged. Any electrical appliances that are not tested and tagged will not be permitted to access power under any circumstances.

I understand that I am required to bring a tested and tagged 25m power extension lead in order to plug in to power.

APPLICATION APPROVAL

Please know we receive a large number of applications. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your application to be reviewed and assessed.
