CHECKLIST

Before you begin your application please ensure you have completed the following checklist:

Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the 2024 Berwick Show
Read this form from beginning to end
Have a digital copy of your current Public Liability Insurance certificate current for this year's show dates
Have a digital copy of your Working With Children Check document if you have direct and consistent access to children through your stall

All traders must submit:

At least 1 digital image of your stall setup (2 max)
At least 1 digital image of your products (4 max)

Any applications that are submitted without the above documentation WILL NOT be considered.

SITE REQUIREMENTS

It is a requirement that you trade on both days of the show - Saturday and Sunday.

I am fully aware of this requirement and will be available both days.

If No, details reasons:

The Trade Space Supervisor will be able to discuss this further after you submit your application.

STALL SIZE

All tent pegs, guy ropes, weights, and all vehicles and trailers including drawbar (where permitted), must be within your site dimensions.

GATE PASSES

Gate passes are SINGLE USE tickets valid for either Saturday or Sunday.

How many gate passes in total do you require for the weekend?

There are 4 gate passes included in your site fee at nil cost. You will be invoiced for any additional gate passes at a cost of $10 each.

POWER

I agree that ALL electrical equipment brought onsite including extension leads and power boards will have been Tested & Tagged within the last three months prior to Show weekend.
