SITE REQUIREMENTS

Please note:

All Commercial Wine Garden Vendors must supply their own equipment and facilities.
Your stall set up must fit into the nominated site size (with room to spare for manoeuvring).

NOTICE: Oversize setups may incur additional charges and/or be relocated to less desirable positions as COVID-19 restrictions dictate spacings between sites. still relevant for 2024?

Power is available for an additional $80 charge. still correct for 2024? As power supply is limited you must tell us your maximum power usage below.

NOTICE: Excess power usage may result in the total disconnection of your site.

I agree that ALL electrical equipment brought onsite (including extension leads and power boards) will have been Tested & Tagged prior to arrival.

RUBBISH & WASTE

All stallholders are responsible for their own rubbish and waste removal. BaconFest will provide sites for recycling, general waste (including food and oil by products) and water waste. Please ensure you use the correct bins.

SINGLE USE PLASTIC

In line with the change in legislation, single use plastic is NOT permitted at Kingaroy BaconFest. Only the use of recyclable or biodegradable packaging is permitted.

WASTE AGREEMENT

I agree to only use recyclable or biodegradable packaging and to dispose of my waste as outlined in the Information Pack.

LIQUOR LICENCE AGREEMENT

I agree that upon acceptance of this application, when my liquor licence approval is received, I will forward a copy to stallholders@kingaroybaconfest.com.au.
