SETUP
All stallholders must supply own gazebo, tables, etc and weights MUST be used at all times.

POWER
Powered sites are strictly limited and can therefore not be guaranteed. Power charges are as follows:

You are required to provide your own earth leakage board, electrical leads and lighting, and these boards and leads must be compliant with safety regulations.
Stall sites may be located up to 50m from the power supply.
e.g. lights, till, eftpos, etc.
Leads and power boards will not be supplied by the Festival

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE (PLI)
All stallholders must have their own $10m PLI. Please provide the details and upload a digital copy of your Certificate of Currency below.

CAMPING
Camping is available to stall holders and entertainers for the Friday and Saturday nights. Shower and toilet facilities are located at the showgrounds.
A camping fee of $15 per stall per night will be added to your stall fees should you wish to camp at the Gayndah Showgrounds.
CONDITIONS OF USE
- The applicant shall indemnify the Gayndah Orange Festival and Gayndah Show Society against any claim for damage or injury to any person or thing as a result of the use of the areas allocated.
- The applicant shall take out and shall keep in force at all times during the term of approval, public risks insurance, with proof of the policy to be supplied prior to the commencement of the operations.
- The Festival Committee ask that the facilities be left in the state you found it to minimise cleaning costs.
- The camping site you are allocated will be in the same location as your SUNDAY market/food stall. Caravans or larger vehicles along with stallholders who are not trading on Sunday will be required to camp at the southern end of the show grounds near the stables.
