Coburg Night Market.
The Coburg Night Market, a summer highlight in Melbourne's north, brings together a diverse community over three nights and two days. Patrons gather to savour delicious food and refreshing beverages, shop for local artisan makers' products, and groove to exceptional live music. With a family-friendly and welcoming atmosphere, the market attracts up to 7,500 visitors per day.
Use this form to express interest in a 3 by 3 metre or 6 by 3 metre unpowered Artisan, Merchandise or Services stall site.

Sale of Alcohol Products
It may be possible for takeaway alcohol products to be sold from stalls during Coburg Night Market. The Coburg Night Market site is a licensed site and any proposed alcohol product stalls need to be appropriately planned. Please indicate if you plan to sell alcohol products in your Expression of Interest and we can confirm this during our licensing process. If the license is obtained, alcohol stalls will not be able to sell drinks to be consumed onsite. Samples and giveaways must also adhere to the licensing guidelines.

Plastic Free Coburg Night Market
Coburg Night Market is managed under the Merri-bek City Council Plastic Wise Policy. Stallholders are required to minimise their use of packaging and produce. Stall Setup

Marquees and marquee weights are not included in hire fees. Correctly manufactured and weighted marquees as well as separate marquee weights can be hired for the event.

We require artisan/merchandise vendors to trade from a marquee, and will not accept Expressions of Interest trading from car boots. However, we will consider proposals for an artisan/merchandise vendor to trade from something unique, such as a vintage caravan or old tram.

Equipment Hire
All stalls must have a marquee (except for vehicles). If you cannot supply your own you will need to hire one here.
Artisan marquees are not required to have walls.
Power is not available to Artisan, Merchandise or Services stalls. Instead, 1 x LED battery-powered light is provided to each artisan stall. If you require more than one, you will need to hire them here.

Stall Placement
We cannot guarantee your preferred stall placement but will do our best to accommodate everyone's needs.
Public Liability Insurance (PLI)
All stallholders are required to have their own PLI at a minimum of $5M. You will need to send us a digital copy of your Certificate of Currency if your Expression of Interest is successful.
If you need help with PLI cover, Merri-bek has limited spaces available to cover artisan stallholders with Merri-bek City Council PLI.
