STALL REQUIREMENTS

Please note sites are STRICTLY 3m x 3m and must contain ALL equipment and products. Your site should not exceed the allocated space.

Stall size:

Standard - 3m x 3m $60
Double - 6m x 3m $120
Triple - 9m x 3m $180

CAR SPACE

Are you requesting a car space behind your stall?

POWER

All power usage must be pre-arranged and no additional requests will be taken on the day. If you require access to power, please read carefully:

There is an additional $15 fee to access power.
All power outlets are 10A only.
Power leads are not supplied. Stallholders must provide their own extension leads.
All leads must be tested and tagged and suitable for external use.

POWER AGREEMENT

I agree that all power must be pre-arranged, all electrical equipment must be tested and tagged, and I must provide my own extension leads suitable for outdoor use.

FOOD STALLS

Our P&C will be holding a fundraising BBQ on the day so please make sure you provide your full menu below. This information will then be reviewed by the Committee.

All food stalls must comply with the NSW Food Authority Guidelines for Food Businesses at Temporary Events.

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE

All stallholders are strongly encouraged to have their own public liability insurance with a minimum of $10 million.

If you choose not to have your own public liability insurance East Orange Village Markets can provide this to you for an additional fee of $20. Please read the East Orange Village Markets Terms & Conditions carefully if taking this option.

APPLICANTS WHO OPERATE A FOOD OR BEVERAGE STALL OR CHILDREN'S RIDES MUST HOLD THEIR OWN INSURANCE.

AGREEMENT

I have read and agree to comply with ALL East Orange Village Markets Terms & Conditions.

I understand that stallholder fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable in accordance with the Terms & Conditions above.

I am aware that I will receive a request for payment via the email address I have given in this application and those fees will be due within 2 weeks or my site will be reallocated.

I am aware that the East Orange Village Markets Committee may engage professional photographers and/or filming to promote the markets. Should my application be successful, I grant permission for the East Orange Village Markets to use any image of my stall or myself for this purpose.
