Application to Trade - Food Vendor

Welcome and thank you for your interest in becoming a stallholder at the
Canning Vale Sunday Market.

Your application will be reviewed as soon as possible. Please do not turn up without prior approval.

If successful, you will be sent an Approval email along with our Welcome Pack, which includes a site map and bump in//bump out details.

Please note, that completing this application does not always guarantee you a place at the market as we do like to ensure a good market mix. However where we can, of course we would love to welcome you!

Please note that applications are processed Monday - Friday and Saturday's up until 5.30pm.

IMPORTANT - Late Submissions (Saturday)

If you are submitting this application on the Saturday before your preferred trading date, we will do our best to assess and approve, however we would appreciate your understanding that sometimes this is not always possible.

STALL SETUP

Stallholders must provide all their equipment and supplies for each market. The standard size of a stall is 3m frontage x 5m depth.

VEHICLE / TRAILER

If your stall set up includes a vehicle or trailer there are limited sites available.

GAS

All stallholders who use gas appliances must comply with the Gas Standards Act 1972 and you must have compliance tags on your equipment at all times. Contact: Energy Safety on (08) 62511900 for further details.

There are limited powered bays available around the market. BYO silent generators may be approved.

Must be less than 5 years old.

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE (PLI)
